Circa 1940s+ double fold personal letter/brochure measuring 6 x 7 inches fully open. Black and white photo of the Dixie Pines Court from the street is on the front cover. Inside is a printed text in the form of s letter stating that the Motel was built and operated on Christian principles by the Owners.

1950s unused Chrome postcard. Only P. D. Rich, Jr. is listed as the Operator of the Motel.

CONDITION: Brochure has minor corner and edge wear. Light age tanning. Fragile hinge folds. No writing. Good to Very Good condition. … Postcard has minor tanning marks to right side on the front. Light edge wear. Postcard is in Very Good to Fine condition.
