Condition.
It is unusual to find these skirts without broken quilted threads. I found 1 or 2 along the waist. I may have missed some, but I did look closely.
This skirt is well made. I show a photo of the inside and you can see how the seam edges have been finished with a factory sewn seam. All the inside seam are edged.
The hem has most of its original factory sewn hem. Some of it came undone and has been hand repaired.
