    The map-side of this important study contains a classic National Geographic political map of Asia covering the area from the Arctic Ocean down through India and Indonesia. There is a map inset of New Guinea and the Bismark Archipelago. The reverse study-side contains a map of Southeast Asia proper surrounded with illustrations of the various ethnic groups that occupy that portion of Asia, with descriptions of how and where they live and major characteristics of their lives. There are map insets of early man in Southeast Asia, and of the historic kingdoms and colonies. This map/study provides an excellent insight into the area.
