1980s Perry Ellis Midnight Blue High Waisted & Softly Pleated Cotton Skirt Sz 6

Very soft 100% cotton skirt by Perry Ellis. The waist band is pleated, like a cummerbund, and is 2 1/2"W. The skirt is long and the approx. 3/4" pleats create a soft,
flowy
look. Feminine and timeless design. 1980s. Hook closures.
Although the tag reads size 10, in modern sizing, this is more a 4/6.
Measurements:
Waist: 27"
Waist to hem: 31"
In excellent vintage condition. There is a flaw (pictured) in the fabric but this is part of the original cloth and is barely visible when the skirt is worn.
