Description:
Perfect for flawless production of Shaker rails and stiles for cabinet doors, flooring, paneling and many other projects. This set of bits are designed to raise or lower the cutter for corresponding tongue or groove. This operates like a reversible glue joint; cut one piece of stock face up and the corresponding face down for a perfect match. Carbide tipped. The gap in between Groove can be adjustable with using the fine adjustment shims (Thickness: 0.2mm, 0.5mm) comes with the set. Customer can adjust the fit with the tongue whether you’re using hardwood, undersized plywood or a veneer product.
This tongue and groove set will cut joints for stock up to 3/4" thick with the groove measuring 1/4" thick by 1/2" deep. This set contains two bits - one for the tongue and one for the groove - so there is no need to reassemble the bits for the tongue or groove cut. This set features triple wing cutters, an adjustable tongue cutter bit for setting the joints tightness and 1/4" shanks.
