Orthoceras is an Ancient Cephalopod that is most commonly related to our present day squid. Most Orthoceras specimens are only several inches long but they have been found to have grown up to 14 feet long! These little creatures were phenomenal hunters in there time ruling the oceans 400 Millions Years ago. These specimens can be found all over the World from Morocco to Sweden even Antarctica. A staple in any fossil collection or a great gift to get your collection started.
