Adorable 50s NOS Black Net/Mesh Crinoline/Petticoat/Skirt

Description

This is a darling black netted mesh petticoat that I just came across at my favorite vintage store. The owner said it was NOS and it truly looks never worn. Has little red roses pinned on bottom. It is doubled around the bottom with a gathered finer netting. Top net is rather stiff like mesh.  Label reads "Fantasy Lingerie, The Image of Perfection". Also says small and DuPont nylon. So cute could almost be worn as skirt if you are daring; would be darling over black leggings or bicycle shorts with a bikini top. Great for goth, steampunk look and for summer, the beach, VLV, costume, party. Obviously as new old stock in very good condition, some loose threads around elastic waistband and as said above the roses are actually pinned on; not sure if originally sewn on or what. You could add more or other things. Just darling!
