Shipping:
I am shipping from Hong Kong, and all orders will be sent via Hong Kong post international mail.  First item is for all medals, and .99 for the first cup. Afterwards incremental cost of shipment is for every medal and .99 for every cup. Orders with 5 items or more shipped together may (depending on weight, etc) get a bulk shipping discount.
Combined shipment:
I will always combine shipments whenever possible and usually it is much cheaper per item to do so.  If you plan on bidding on other items that are closing soon and have me ship them together, please let me know and I'll be happy to wait for all the items closed. Once you've paid per eBay regulations I have to ship immediately.
