    Order Processing Times
    Orders will ship within one business day of receiving payment. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships.
    Shipping Discounts
    We offer FREE shipping on US orders over .95! (This does not apply to tires, over sized or very heavy items.) For international orders we offer a combined shipping discount when you purchase more than one item.
    Return/Exchange Policy
    If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase you may return or exchange the product within 60 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in re-sellable condition, and include all of the original packaging and tags. Feel free to try on gear or test fit hard parts but please do not remove any tags or stickers and be careful not to damage the packaging. All we ask is that the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received. When shipping items back please be sure to use a shipping box or envelope similar to what the item was received in. If a label is applied directly to the product box we cannot accept it.
    To start a return or exchange all you need to do is send the product back to us, include a copy of the invoice, and write a brief note explaining the return or exchange. Processing time is 2 to 3 business days from the date of arrival.
    For exchanges we will cover shipping back to you within the continental US. If you are outside of the continental US you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you send back an item for an exchange we cannot ship the replacement product until the original item has been received.
    Warranty Claims
    We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
