    Description

    This is a wonderful BIS Gene Ewing 100% cotton skirt, slightly gathered, .  This was an exceptional brand in the late 1990's as some people know who are old
    enough
    to remember this brand.  The tag is marked large but I must have had the waist altered because it doesn't look like a large.  The waist on the left side appears to have been "taken in" as pictured in photo #4.  The fabric is wonderful.  There are no pockets.  The waist measures 13" unstretched and 18" fully stretched.  The hips approximately 28" (56") and the hem 43" (diameter of 86").  The length is 37".  All the seams are finished.  From a smoke free and pet free home.  No perfume odors.  The fabric alone is worthy of the price.  Email with questions because I don't accept returns.  I price my items fairly so I don't participate in the reduced price
