Child’s Vintage German Felt Cap Hat with Souvenir Tourist Pins

Description

This cap is royal blue and red felt with a white section with Darmstadt and the Ludwig Column and is trimmed in green.
There are nine plastic tourist pins.
Was told this is from about the mid to late 1950’s.
A child would collect pins from the places they visited to put on the hat.  Bear model IS NOT included.
