These mount on 23.8mm handlebars They mount outside the center ferrule so will work on almost any standard handlebar but generally are used on the Cinelli Nova bars that we sell in the store (23.8mm is the same size as brake levers/ergo shifter clamps.
This is for the pads/arm rests only as seen
We do have complete sets or replacement bars only available in the store
