    Collectors Souvenir State 3 1/4" Spoon - Georgia - New in Damaged Package - 1990s Vintage
    This is a souvenir collector spoon from the late 90s.  I can't find a brand name anywhere on the package.  Closest is a large lowercase J dotted with a star, so let us call this brand J Star.  This series is for US States, and this one is for Georgia.  It is about 3 1/4 inches long and is still technically new in its packaging.  The packaging itself has seem better days though, and is extremely brittle with yellowing (
    hint, don't store these things where they get a lot of sun light or UV
    ).  The spoon has never been removed for display, however.  See pictures for details.
