The handlebars are used and have some rust/wear and patina from usage and age. What you see in the pics is what you get.

specialized learning High School I work at. They have a build a bike program in which students pick a donated bike, take it apart and rebuild the entire bike, which they receive at the end of the term. Currently all the bike repair stands are in serious need of repair, the truing stand has a broken axle width adjuster handle and many of the stations are missing tools and storage of parts, consist of banged up tupaware containers. My goal, with your help, is too transform this classroom into a space that resembles actual bike shop..
Please note: not all my ebay listing benefit the high school.  I have set aside some of my parts and some that have been given from friends and neighbors for this cause.
