From our Meteorite, Tektite, and Fossil Collection, we have selected 2 sets of 6 Trilobite fossils crafted into exquisite Bracelets and set in Sterling Silver for this listing.  These Elrathia Kingii Trilobites are one of the best known and most easily recognized of all Trilobites species.  They are from the Cambrian Age and lived over 500 million years ago.  While we have been told that these specimens are possibly from New York State, it is more likely that these are from the Wheeler Formation in Utah.  These are genuine whole fossils, not cast reproductions.  Each fossil is individually selected for its quality, then cleaned and extracted from its surrounding rock.  Broken and/or partial/incomplete Trilobites are NOT used.  Note that all have complete Cephalons (heads), not trimmed or cut ones.  Each bracelet link is then custom made by hand, based on the individual specimen, thus the slight variations visible in each of our samples.  The inside back edge of one link on each bracelet features the logo of STARBORN CREATIONS and is also stamped 925 to authenticate that these are Sterling Silver settings.  Each bracelet has 3 rings on the end so these can be adjusted to fit a smaller wrist.  If additional rings are needed to fit a thicker wrist, any jeweler should should be capable of crafting and adding an additional ring or two as needed, but we are unable to do that for you.
As much as a ruler and a quarter are included in each photo for reference, all measurements below are to the nearest 1/16th of an inch and are rounded down, NOT up.  Measurements do not include any length added as a result of measuring the link or any part of the attaching structure--it is of the outside of the oval shaped setting only.  All photos were taken with 2 daylight, color-balanced compact fluorescent bulbs to provide even and consistent lighting results.  As a result, I have NOT had to adjust the brightness or contrast of the posted photos.  They do show the most accurate color and shading nuances.  However, any bright "hot spots" visible on any of each Trilobite's settings are the results of reflections from these lights.
# 1) Total length of this bracelet is 8".  The total weight is 32.3 grams.  Each individual Trilobite link in its setting is approximately 3/16" thick.  Looking at the above photos and going from left to right, the following are the approximate measurements of each individual Trilobite link: 1) 7/8" X 5/8", 2) 15/16" X 11/16", 3) 15/16" X 11/16", 4) 7/8" X 11/16", 6) 7/8" X 5/8".  Please note that if you look carefully, you will notice that this bracelet actually contains 7 Trilobites.  Look at the bottom of link # 3, especially in the 3rd "close-up" photo of Bracelet # 1 above.  After being deceased for around 500 million years, I can't perform any DNA tests to prove parentage but it sure LOOKS like a Mommy Trilobite and her Baby!  I know it is probably just the way these formed as fossils, but this link is quite an extraordinary and beautiful specimen!
# 2) Total length of this bracelet is 7 11/16".  The total weight is 27.1 grams.
Each individual Trilobite link in its setting is approximately 3/16" thick.  Looking at the above photos and going from left to right, the following are the approximate measurements of each individual Trilobite link: 1) 13/16" X 5/8", 2) 7/8" X 5/8", 3) 15/16" X 11/16", 4) 15/16" X 11/16", 5) 7/8" X 5/8", 6) 7/8" X 5/8".
