    Description

    A flawless skirt by Susan from the late 90s.  Made of two crepe like layers of light and gauzy rayon.  The inside layer is black and the outside has a bright and bold floral print that pops from the black background.  I can't even begin to describe how beautiful this fabric is!  So soft and airy and a very quality made item.  This is labeled a size 11, but was either mislabeled or runs VERY small!  I would estimate this to be a modern size 8.  The waist is 30" when pulled flat and the hips are 38" and pull tight at 40", but 38" is a good max, because you'll need space to bend and sit.  21.5" long
