    This is a rare Australian trilobite. It is a beautiful Xystridura saint-smithi from Queensland, Australia. This specimen was recently acquired from a major trilobite collection. The distinct trilobite is complete with both free cheeks intact - this is EXTREMELY RARE for this type of trilobite - almost all are found missing free cheeks. The detail is excellent - you can easily see individual features very well. The orange and cream coloration is fully natural and quite striking. This is easily one of the best Xystridura trilobites we have ever had. It is a collectible example of this colorful Cambrian trilobite from ''Down Under''.
