This is a very rare specimen of Badulesia tenera from the Middle Cambrian of Newfoundland, Canada. This distinct specimen was found in 1988 - this location has been closed to collecting for decades. The striking trilobite is free of matrix and exhibits good detail, especially on the unusual-looking cephalon. This is not a great specimen, but it is a decent example of a very uncommon trilobite from a closed collecting site in Newfoundland.
