This is a screamin' rare Lower Cambrian Lepidocystis echinoderm double from York County, Pennsylvania. These primitive echinoderms are extremely detailed - the different sizes, shapes, and structures of the plates are easily seen (see photos). The distinct fossils are beautifully showcased on the semi-squared plate of Kinzers Shale. This is a VERY collectible double example of this very strange and historic fossil echinoderm from the Lower Cambrian of Pennsylvania.
(To show the Anne'/Sprinkle connection, we've included photos of two papers that Sprinkle sent to Anne' that we found in Anne's collection. Papers are not included with the fossil.)
