LOT of 12 TRILOBITES: Phacops, Hollardops, Reedops, from Morocco NICE SPECIMENS
FOR SALE: A collection of twelve Trilobites I bought at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show about 20 years ago. Includes:
3 Big "Curled" Phacops. Each one about 6", with their bodies curled in a defensive position.
3 Nice Hollardops. These are about 2.5" to 3" long. All three are nice flat specimens.
6 Reedops, each about 2.5" to 3.5" long. Three are curled, and three are flat.
These are all natural. The Moroccans paint the trilobites black and double the price, but as a collector I prefer them natural/unpainted. All of them can be cleaned up a little - cut away some of the matrix to make the trilo 'pop out' better.
All from The Atlas Mountains, Morocco.
Devonian and Ordovician Ages.
