Meadowbank Size M Black Velveteen Wrap Skirt Vintage

Description

Soft black velveteen wrap around skirt has a size M label.  The minimum waist size is 28", but it is a wrap around so you could wear it a bit larger.  At 28" the overlap at the waist is about 8".  This skirt was shortened at sometime in the past.  They did a decent job but it is not a factory hemline.  I estimate this to be from the 70s, but I am not certain of the date of manufacture.
