Pseudogygites Trilobite Upper Ordovician Ontario Canada (1.66 inches long)

Description

Trilobite description;  You are bidding on a Pseudogygites,  Ordovician period, from Ontario Canada, in a shale matrix.(see pixs 5 & 6). Right eye lens is complete, left one is sort of ragged (see pix 4) Some small pieces of the exoskeleton is still attached here and there on the specimen. A few dings seen on the right thorax. Right genial spine complete, left one is there but damaged. White material on the specimen unknown??  Calcite? Very fine grained mudstone? Glabella complete.    THE shale matrix at the top of the specimen is quite thin AND I did not want to trim it off, fearing harming the specimen.   COMES with a 4 1/2  X 5 1/2 inch glass riker box.
Very close inspection, I could not see or find and glue, epoxy, or fillers anywhere on the specimen.
Matrix is shale. DIME is for scale only.
