Very solid, well-made, Sheaffer Sailor Sentinel  Lined Gold and Gold Trim Push Button Ballpoint Pen with Plastic Sleeve.
Made by Sailor in Japan in 1980s. (Sheaffer collaborated with Sailor to make quite a few pens over the years).
A quality everyday writer.
