US Glass Arched Ovals Concave Almonds Rose Blush Toothpick Holder Ripley 1903

Clear glass toothpick holder with the hand painted decoration called rose blush. Manufactured in 1903 by Factory F (Ripley & Co) of the US Glass Company. Pattern known as arched ovals or concave almonds. Original factory designation for the pattern was the number 15091. Toothpick holder is about 2" tall.
Very slight wear along the top edge. Good condition for this type item. No chips. No scratches or chips in the rose decoration.
