Hello, here is a VERY rare and 100% natural Modocia Typicalis Trilobite fossil in its Marjum Shale Formation matrix! It is from Millard County Utah, House Range.
This "rock" was a living animal during the Cambrian Era a CRAZY! 505 million years ago!
The Trilobite measures around 1.51cm or 5/8" and the overall piece or matrix is 10.7cm or 4.25" at its biggest! This trilobite did come out of the Earth in two pieces the head from the body, it was glued back on.
