    Description

    I'm pretty sure this 100% Rayon velvet (or is it velour?) skirt is from the 1980s.
    Brand is NEO NOSTALGIA.
    No holes, no stains.
    There is some thread popping in the waist band, as shown in photo 5.
    Label says size S, but the 28" waist is stretchy.
    Skirt is 34" from waist to hem.
