Vintage 50s Pink & Green Flamingo Novelty Print Full Skirt VLV Rockabilly M/L

Description

Vintage 1950s full skirt with a iconic mid-century modern pink flamingo print.
This has a high band waist with large loops for a belt. The skirt is full with gathers all the way around. A petticoat (not included) was used to fill it out for the photos.
The fabric is black with pink flamingos with green legs on a white "fence" background. Iconic!

Condition:
Very good - the fabric is lightly faded from being laundered. There's also a tear in the waist on the back (see photo), it looks like someone tore a hole in the waist band to make another button hole about an inch smaller than the original buttonhole, and there is a 3" tear along the opening on the side of the waist beneath the buttonhole (see photo). These last issues could easily be fixed by someone who could sew (not me!)
