Vintage 60s Chessa Davis Neiman Marcus Maxi Patchwork Prairie Skirt 34 Waist.
So I found this lovely piece and it's not perfect, the elastic in the waist is basically gone, but I wore it around for a bit and it stayed up just fine on me, you'll just want to be sure it's the right size. The pockets hang forward a little loosely. But other than that, it amazingly doesn't have any stains pulls rips etc. I am starting this one out a little lower for the wear, because IMO it's an amazing piece that has a lot of life left :).
Waist is 17 inches lying flat, so 34 inch waist total
hips are 24 inches across not doubled
length is 39 inches
