Vintage 70's Bobbie Brooks Wool Mix Plaid Tartan Jumper Dress With Drop Waist

This has been in a cedar chest since the early 70's.  Need a new home so it can be appreciated.
It is in great vintage condition, the only two things that I can see is that some of the hem needs to be sewn.
There are a few holes in the lining.
