Metal side zipper. Side seam is taken in at waist & hips. See photos #6 & #7. This looks like it could be let out if you needed a larger size.

Waist: 28"

Condition:
Freshly laundered. The 2 dark green squares have age related holes. See photos #8 & #9. Sold "AS-IS" due to these holes.
There is no size tag. Based on Measurements, this is a Small/Medium. Skirt has been taken in at the waist & hips. There's room to let the waist and hips out if you wanted. See photos #6 & #7.
