Vintage Circa 1950s Tel Art Mexican Painted Skirt Lime Tone Green XS S As Is

Description

Beautiful green tone with painted design. Closes at waist with hooks inside front and ties at back. Has pockets at side seams. Skirt is shown over crinoline slip, not included.
Condition: Some spots and somewhat faded areas. Some stress at threads bottom edge of side openings. See photos for details.
Measurements:
Waist a little less than 26 inches at current placement of hooks in waistband. Could be adjusted larger by about an inch or so by moving hooks further along inner band( see photos with measuring tape)

length from top of waistband to bottom edge of skirt approx. 28.5 inches.
