Vintage Glenisla Classics Wrap Skirt Size Small Gordon Dress Tartan Plaid Wool

Vintage Glenisla Classics
Vintage US Women's Size 10 (I think it would fit a modern size small to maybe medium as it is slightly adjustable size, please see measurements below)
Plaid a-line pleated kilt wrap skirt in classic gordon dress tartan plaid. The brand tag is worn away but it is 100% wool. There is some wear on the black straps and someone I think added hook and loop pieces so that the wrap part of the skirt stays more secure. I don't think that was there originally. Good condition overall.
Waist | 13.5" - 15" x 2 = 27" - 30" circumference at the smallest size and at the very most where you can still wrap the skirt
Length | 25.5 inches from middle top of the back of skirt to bottom hem
