Long Black Velvet Skirt.
For Evening Wear.
Material 90% Polyester , and 10 % spandex.
Gorgeous vintage velvet.
with an elastic waist, straight hemline, side 18" split.
Size 1X .  Or XL.
Waist measures = 34 inches. but does have stretch in the elastic waist ,  hips measure 48 inches
and length from the back waist - to the hem- 42 inches long.
Dry clean only.
In Excellent Condition.  No Rips, Tears, holes, wears, stains, piling.  Looks as good as day manufactured.
