    Description

    For your consideration we have a Sheaffer Targa "Blue Ronce" ballpoint pen in brass cap/barrel with lacquer finish and 23k gold plated trim. This model was produced from 1978-82. It was expensive and time consuming to make since each pen required (14) separated coats of hand applied lacquer and polish. Instrument is in very good condition and fully functional.
