Vintage Y2K Tripp NYC Black Maxi Skirt Hot Topic Goth sz Medium Chains D Rings.It does say Men on the size tag but it can be Unisex. These did come from a women with other pants and she was a size 15  It's 15 inches across and 40 inches long. I ship Monday through Friday. Most items will be shipped USPS some will be shipped via Fed Ex. If you purchase an item on Friday it will be shipped out the following Monday.
