This is an unique and unusual piece.
Vintage 1940's full circle skirt in black with glistening
hand painted in Gold florals with hand sewn gold sequins.
The fabric is flocked velvet on a ducking type fabric.
It has a metal side zipper and hook at waist.
Also has a full 178 inch sweep!
it has some issues ; some of the paint is flaking off
as well as some wear to the velvet.
