Vintage likely 1980s cotton blend wrap skirt. Frog and lilly pad print on one side and blue on the other. Matching fabric ties. The hole is at the 29" mark for the waist. could be let out a couple of inches without a problem with good fit. Waist to hem length is 27 1/2 inches. Only residual part of a tag present. Suspect a cotton blend that is washable Condition: There are a few nickel sized areas of very light tea colored stains on the print side. No holes or loose seams
